At Skinny Dip, enjoy elevated sandwiches in a fun, French bistro setting. While our menu features all-time classics like Champignon Veloute, Moules Mariniere, and Escalope de Poulet, the star dish is reserved for our signature French Dip Sandwich, a sandwich that stands above the rest.
The process of making it is time-intensive and laborious, where rump roast is slow-cooked for hours in beef stock and onions to achieve the incredible flavor and that melt-in-your-mouth texture. The roast is then shredded, paired with pickled onion, and secret mustard sauce, and sandwiched between a crusty french roll that diners can use to soak up the rich au jus served on the side. Taking a bite of our sandwich is described as having a “tsunami of flavors in one’s mouth”.
